The American Association for the Advancement of Science is pleased to announce that the full text of Science Translational Medicine is available online at http://www.sciencetranslationalmedicine.org

Science Translational Medicine is a weekly journal devoted to original research and other issues of strong interest to the translational medicine community. Translational medicine topics suitable for submission include any original research findings, discussions or analyses that move the field closer to the goal of improving human health, or the diagnosis and treatment of disease.

Science Translational Medicine contains the full content of each issue of the journal, including all figures and tables, beginning with its inaugural issue, published October 7, 2009 (Volume 1, Issue 1). The full text is searchable by keyword, and the cited references include hyperlinks to Medline and to the online full text of many other frequently-cited journals.

A new issue will be placed online every Wednesday. Online readers may want to sign up for the eTOC (electronic Table of Contents) service, which will deliver each new issue's table of contents via email. The web site also provides access to information about the journal (such as Instructions to Authors, editorial policies, and subscription information).

Access to the full text of articles will be available by institutional license, which comes with all institutional subscriptions, or by individual subscription available to individuals or AAAS members. All other content (e.g., to Abstracts, eTOCs, searching, Instructions to Authors) will remain freely available.

We would appreciate comments, critiques, questions, or suggestions from you; these can be sent via the Feedback link found on all pages of the site. Feedback from readers will help us decide what new features would be most valuable for the site and how well it is working for its readers.

The site is being produced in conjunction with Stanford University's HighWire Press, which also works with other medical and research journals, including these frequently-cited journals: Science, Science Signaling, BMJ, PNAS and JAMA.
